This must be one of my favorite eye makeup looks! It was one of my AH-HA! moments that resulted in the creation of this look. So many different colors used, all complementing each other flawlessly. I love how the gold, bronze-brown and maroon eyeshadows, and blue matte eyeliner look so perfect alongside one another. The green contact lenses brings the whole look together.
I it very mucheee!
I wore it to a Christmas Eve's eve gathering with friends and it was perfect for my color-block ensemble of a persimmon-orange top and cobalt-blue shorts.
YIKES!
Pardon the huge and dark eye bags in this picture! Took it before applying undereye concealer.

This look was actually a re-creation of this look:
As you can tell, there's no zoom-in on the eyes coz this picture was taken hastily at my study/dressing table before I went out. It was a night shot, I have no kick-ass studio lighting (actually I have no artificial lighting good enough for night shots), which means the colors are all inaccurate. But I loved it so much I wrote down what products I used and promised to re-create it another day.
Sugarpill Afterparty was used on the inner corner in the above shot, but I switched to The Face Shop Eyeshadow PK103 for its re-creation.
I rarely repeat an eye makeup combination, so wanting to do this again meant that I really like it a lot! A lot! A lot! 😀
